Food: salmon cakes

This is a wonderfully healthy recipe for salmon cakes and yumm as well!

These were my ingredients, 
1/2 lb of salmon cut into small cubes or very thinly sliced :: 1 egg :: 1 cup of cooked quinoa
salt :: 1/4 cup of corn meal or bread crumbs :: chopped/crushed garlic :: handful of cilantro
2 tbsp soy sauce :: juice of half a lemon :: handful of chopped parsley :: 1 tsp red chili powder
fresh cracked pepper :: oil for frying

Mix all the ingredients very well with your hands. It is going to be a bit watery. Don't worry about that. 

Make round patties with your hands and drop them in the oil. Use a cast iron pan for achieving great color on the cakes. You can use cookie cutter rounds to make perfectly round cakes while frying. Bon appetite!
