Food: chicken nuggets
Baked chicken nuggets for the love of eating healthy. Here is what you need:
2 chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces :: panko bread crumbs :: shredded cheese romano
homemade bread crumbs or store bought seasoned :: red chili powder :: salt+pepper+olive oil
Mix the two breadcrumbs and the cheese in one bowl. Now dip the pieces of chicken in this mixture so that there is an even coat all over the chicken.
Place each piece on foil paper over a baking tray and drip or spray some more oil over this. Then bake it in the oven at 450 C for 12 to 15 mins. And enjoy with some ketchup!
